Booking Your Removal with Wyards

As soon as we receive your enquiry, one of our experienced consultants will establish your individual  move requirements, and quickly give you an estimate of costs. This can usually all be done in a phone call lasting a few minutes. Our estimate will be sent out to you detailing the summary of your requirements.  If a survey visit is required this will be booked during the initial telephone consultation.  As a leading UK  removal, storage and packing company, Wyards offer a comprehensive range of UK removal services including packing and unpacking services, specialist removals and removals insurance.

Once your removal date is confirmed, simply contact our office to book your removal. A small deposit is payable at this point. We will send you a Booking Form Contract which should be completed and returned to us as soon as possible. Please ensure that you have filled in the box stating the value of your goods. You may either post, fax or scan the form into your computer and email it to us.

Payment
Payments are required prior to your removal taking place. Wherever possible payment should be made by debit card. Visa and Mastercard Credit card payments are subject to a processing fees currently 1.5% of transaction.  Please note that whilst we are able to accept personal cheques, these must be submitted to us at least 10 working days prior to your move taking place to allow for full clearance through our banking systems.

Storage is charged in minimum units of complete weeks. Storage customers are billed in advance for the quarter’s storage beginning 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October. Payment by direct debit is encouraged.

Customers will be billed from the date their goods come into store to the end of the current quarter. Customers will receive a credit for any whole weeks outstanding from the time their goods go out of store, until the end of the next quarter.
